stihl ht 100 pole saw

I've got a 2-3 year old Stihl HT 100 pole saw used very little. I ordered a new sprocket from dealer - wrong sprocket.
Dealer said it must be packaged wrong. Reordered - wrong sprocket. Dealer said he needed serial number of saw. Reordered - wrong sprocket. Dealer said he needed the old sprocket. Reordered - wrong sprocket. I've been to 3 different dealers - none carry sprockets for their pole saws (a maintenance item) , and they all want to order from the same blowup which has the wrong part number for my saw. Now the original dealer suggests I put a different power head on my saw. What gives Stihl fans. This has been going on for a month.

Apparently, my HT100 has a kombi head on it. The sprocket is the same as what comes on a 0104 kombi head,
