How to strip down a douglas fir as part of a logging operation to minimize damage to the surrounding trees
A fun and exciting job it was
please enjoy

Man, you kill it every single time. I remember you catching a bunch of **** over on arbtalk for a video that was a superb example of a SAFE , FAST removal.

Props man. Tip of the hat to obvious talent.

Thanks for the answer. I wonder which office is responsible for matching the foreign and UK certs? I'd like to give my Finnish certs a try in the UK... I'm a certified forest work technician - qualified for instructing chainsaw handling and ****.

Nice Pascal!

But did you cut trunk sections below you in the appropriately measured n cut 33 foot long logs that make wood mills so happy?

You ain't a real logger till yu do mate!

no i didn't i only had to strip 'em down and they would fell the stem, would've been fun to do so i can imagine dropping down big sections

17 footers are more doable as far as getting them to land flat IME Pascal.

Other than the cut itself, there aint a lotta spin you can put on a 33 footer takin a dive!

Nice vid mate!
