I dropped a tree the old fashion way with an axe and a rope just for the time in the woods and a good work out. We'll it fell on another tree. Tomorrow I'll be cutting them both down...I don't usually cut green trees cause i don't usually need to. But in this case that was a lot of work for nothing I'm gonna fire up the ms 290 that I have yet to use and see what I can do.

I'm gonna finish the job today the tree I knocked down wasn't very big. The one it's laying on is twice the thickness.

Turned into that and then I saw another tree.


I had to take it down cause I was out there with a chainsaw and it was there.

That I don't need for 2 more years. I have more than enough wood for next winter stacked next to the barn waiting to be split and a bunch of barn beams waiting to be cut but I just wanted to use some chain saws and drop some trees.
