No. It's deciduous. That's a vine up top.
Obviously, but can you discern what leaves came off of the tree by looking at the ground?
All sorts on the ground but I'll look around tomorrow. Thanks.

Looks like Red Oak from what I can tell. Does it split easy with a mall?

I'll hazard a guess by saying oak of some kind. If there are more oak leaves on the ground than other leaves, than there is a good chance it's some sort of oak.
Very strange. The tree looks like Red Oak but the firewood that is split don't. The wood almost looks like Cherry.

Quercus stellata or Quercus rubra?
Some of those leaves under the tree are from the tree obviously.
