Does anyone know if there is any exotic tropical wood in the south florida area that could be legally persued for salvage or harvesting that is of sugnificant value ? I do know about " Dade Pine " that is extinct and VERY valuiable and strangely termites can't eat it. When hurricane Andru hit in 1990 there were people who went around and identified very valuiable storm destroyed trees and made like a quick $ 30 grand. By the way anyone who can come up with genuine Dade Pine seeds can make a $ billion !
