I have an 08 US Stove 1537G add on furnace. The blower motors are alot noisey then dads which is 10 years old. I guess the 08 Models used sealed bearings from China. The older ones and newer ones have oil ports. Well I called the company and they said too bad, You just got some bad years. We can sell you new ones for $150 each. Part# 80230. Anyone have any ideas if I can rebuild the existing ones or do they use bronze bushings. I already made the filter box to fit so i'm kinda hoping to use something the same size.

Older furnace blowers had a auxiliary motor belt driven fan that were quiet. Is that what you are looking for?
