I have an old carb for my 3120 with the primer bulb too. You'll have to show me the fuel line configuration once you get those parts in. My carb is marked W62-F9, I'd take pic for you but it is at Bertrand's getting massaged.

Hey buddy thanks!! So that is what that little tower is for that's cast into the base of the airfilter holder! Kewl. Now all I need to do is find the micro-fitting that goes into it. I am on a roll now!
Considering how much the choke assembly disrupts the airflow, I might convert my 394 to this setup also.

The Carb mounting bolts are SAE not Metric.

found its a 1.20 H jet, sized it with 3/64 (1.1906) drill bit ....and it fits easy
How did you go with the mods and the jet size? I have on '09 with the WG10 and the same annoying fixed jet and am thinking of going down the same road as you. If I can avoid trying to ream a jet like that I will be a happy camper.
