what to use for ticks?

Hey guys! what product do you guys use for a tick spray around a property?
how long does it stay active for?

I've use a permethrin based insecticide and i've told it lasts for 4 to 5 weeks is this true?

Applying the spray in mid-May, and again in Mid-June usually knocks out the Ticks. Another Spray in mid-Oct to guarantee they won't be back. Not sure of it's lasting abilities.

Luke 203-610-7667 p. s. Tick sprays are most effictive june july in ct. You want to control nymph and larva stages, they are responsible for the spread of lyme.
