    Those look fantastic.

For me it was sliders from Arby's (happy hour price of a buck a piece) and loaded fries. All were good.

They closed down my favorite Waffle house in F burg Va. a couple years ago. They had the best scrambled eggs and cheese with hash browns anywhere. :(

    Porterhouse and southwest salad.

Didn't plan on eating three steaks today but as it ended up that's what I had left at the cabin and didn't feel like freezing then.

Discovered a Mexican girl at work that makes tortillas every night for her family dinner. She'll make a few extra upon request in exchange for some of my gringo cuisine(chili, smoked meats, etc) so smoked chicken quesadillas for the kids and I tonight. Simple but delicious.

Received a combination cooker for Father's Day from the family that I finally fired up today while watching NCAAF. This thing steams, pressure cooks, slow cooks, and other functions I haven't read about yet.

Took a 7 lb pork roast and split it in two. Cooked with beer and basic seasonings of pepper, garlic, and salt.

Pressure cooking the smaller roast for an hour and fourty minutes and it fell apart while pulling it out of the pot.

After hand shredding it we had several different renditions of pork tacos on corn shells.
    :p

Yesterday afternoon I pre-cooked some stuffed peppers for dinner. The chicken alfredo one wasn't the taste I was looking for but the sriracha/pork sausage/italian cheese one was really good.
