I noticed several of my trees looking like they have some kind of tree cancer.
Some kind of white mold looking stuff on one of my bradford pear trees and one of my live oaks as well.
I took a picture, sorry it was after dark. Any ideas? Any treatment? (besides a saw) Thanks.

That is a sign of internal rot, probably starting in the roots near the base. The trees will be subject to root failure in high winds or heavy snow load. In my experience this is not reversible and the tree should be evaluated to determine risk of property damage

Thanks for the input. Luckily it a bradford pear so it's not very big and is getting near it life span and is also out in the open, away from any structures.
I plan on leaving it be and see what happens.
