I have a 4 month old 346xp (bought new in 2012)which never ran well from day 1. ##### to start. I should have looked into the issues in more depth but i am new to 2 stroke engines. No poor petrol went thru it, i only have mixed fresh petrol at 40:1. Dealer is taking no responsibility and quoted $480 plus GST plus labour 
So the piston is scored and needs a rebuild so i am after advice on the best kits available now for the 346xp. The opportunity to put a big bore kit on would be good if available.

Luckily my father raced motorbikes for years and rebuild many 2 strokes so I will do the rebuild with him, should be fun.
Also does any know the factory setting so i can set the 3 screws to once rebuilt to save a bit of time?
