That's odd, I think I know the saw you speak of and seen a vid of it. He said it was ported..... Fastest saw he ever built.... Only took 9 seconds to get through an 8x8

I must be missing something. What is with all that reefing back and forth? From the sounds of the saw it seems you could cut some time off the cut without it.

Huh? Fastest 346 I ever saw right there. Sure a little more consistent woodsman technique would help but that was damn good
