Will my transplated live oak survive?

Hi,
Landscape guy transplanted 3 large oaks (5 inches diameter and about 12 ft tall), it looks like he did not do it correctly... little roots, no original soil, took about 6 hours to plant them (bare trees' roots were exposed during that time), dug holes as wide as the roots, no well/pipe for water, use soil mixed and regular soil to plant them no stakes, etc.. pictures says more... leafs were turning brown while it was out ans even more after 3 days
Do you think the trees will make it or should I just pull them out now.

Never saw a transplant without a big root ball still connected to it. That looks like all the roots were cut off and the tree pulled right outta the ground.
