Yoshino Cherry health

Hey I planted a healthy yoshini Cherry back in March and not long after planting it seems to have struggled. I feel like maybe it isn't getting enough sun light and I maybe transplant it once it's dormant but wanted to show a picture of leaves and see if anyone had more thoughts. Thanks for help

Looks like shot hole fungus or cherry leaf spot. Make sure to dormant spray with copper after the leaves drop in fall. http://ipm.ucanr.edu/PMG/GARDEN/FRUIT/DISEASE/shothole.html
