My mother has a Russo woodburner and gasket has pretty much fallen off door. Is there somewhere to get that flat rope and how do you glue it back on the door. It has no grooves or anything that you think would hold it.![]()

Not sure how big a Russo is, but I've seen the gasketing rope at Lowe's.
I know you can get it at any stove shop too. Not real sure on how easy the adhesive is to use, I haven't needed to replace mine yet.
Good Luck

Its a small stove but Ive never seen one that doesnt have a goove for the rope gasket material.
Home depot, lowes, tsc would carry a gasket cement. I would apply the cement, then the gasket. Close the door and let it set. Stuff works pretty good.
