Anyone use one of the small Salsco PTO-3PT hitch chippers?
I'm looking at one to use on my small Kubota. Dealer demo'ed a Model 600 for me today. Very well built machine and the gravity / self feeding worked far better than I anticipated.
Going to look at a Bearcat as well.
I want one small enough to maneuver in the woods and around my property. A trailer style is out for my application. My neighbor has a Farmi/Valby 3Pt PTO driven unit with hydraulic feed that works great but it is large and makes the tractor very tippy unless transporting on level ground, something I'm severely lacking.
Anyway, appreciate any insight or thoughts.
Take Care
