    For 43K, you would think the guy would at least pay the transfer fees to the phone company?

    I thought the phone companies had taken all of those numbers out of circulation because of harrasssing calls?

    I don't think you missed out on too much LJ. I had no idea what this was about myself. I'd like to be that kind of person with 40K to diddle away on a phone number, think of of all the useful to toys one could buy with that kind of money.

    Heck, I thought we had it bad because our business number has the first two digits that are similar to our local hospital. You would be surprized at the number of people who miss dial it. The worst are the doctors themselves. Some of them are so arrogant they can't accept the fact they made a mistake and INSIST that we connect them and put them through. With all that education they have, you would think they could at least punch a phone no. correctly.

    Some times if I'm in a good mood I'll play with these people and tell them they reached a tree care hospital and I'm the doctor. That we only take in sick trees here, not people. I would be happy to schedule an appoint for them, if they could bring the patient in for an examination.

    I was wrong. It just hit $521,000.99 a few min ago. I was watching and within a span of not even 5 min it jumped almost $410,000
