    Well, duh, like, you know?

If they would have thrown the pretzels in, they could have crossed on dry land, as the cement and drywall dust would have absorbed all the moisture/water. Environmentalism would have a 200 year jump on where it is now, as the contamination from said pretzels would have fouled the river, if not the entire eastern seaboard.

Would someone please call Bellevue & have them send over a straitjacket & have Mr. Jeff's

A crazy person calling me crazy does not alter the truth. Sorry, Mr. Adionado, your feeble attempts at raising the pretzels reputation and esteem are not working. The humble Cheetos!, food of and for the common man/woman/chipmunk, will reign supreme for the foreseeable future.

David Iles Biography from City of Frisco Texas

David Iles has a Masters in Fine Arts in sculpture from the University of North Texas. He lives in Denton and works in Bolivar, TX where he built a bronze foundry and casts for himself and other artists. Iles has received numerous public and private commissions for his wildlife art from a variety of sources including the Dallas Arboretum, Trammel Crow, Frito Lay, Hall Office Park as well as the city of Frisco. This is his work and commentary.

    "Chipmunks and Cheetos!" in Frisco
    From "Bolivar Bronze Updates"
David Iles on "Chipmunks and Cheetos!," 2009
Observing the behavior of the chipmunks on our vacation property in Colorado is the inspiration for the Chipmunks and Cheetos! sculpture.
Among the rocks and boulders on our campsite lives an active group of chipmunks that never fail to entertain. Seemingly at ease with our annual visits, the creatures receive snacks and handouts throughout our vacation, making for some very memorable and humorous situations. Despite the daily handouts of fruit, trail mix, and crackers it is the bright orange Cheeto snack that always seems to be a favorite among the chipmunks. The Cheetos! bring out the most action from the little animals, creating situations very similar to the one alluded to in the humorous sculpture at Humming Bird Park.
The majority of the elements in this sculpture were life cast from rocks and deadfall from the area, as were the Cheetos! The chipmunks were modeled in clay and combined with other applicable elements. I used a traditional patina for all of the natural elements, and applied an oil paint mix for the Cheetos!, enhancing the contrast between the natural elements and the obviously unnatural Cheetos!

This snack bag broke revolutionary new ground, as it combined two snacks we've never even remotely seen mixed together in the same bag before: cheese curls and bacon-shaped snacks. The bacon pieces were strip-shaped and had bacon-like stripes, but had none of the thinness, crispness or wigglyness of real bacon (for that, get some Smiths Bacon Flavour Fries) — yet they tasted quite good, with lots of real bacon flavor. The cheese curls were sparsely covered in a very orange cheese, so you could see lots of yellow from the underlying curl, along with the bright orange powder. The cheese curls tasted sort of bacony too, along with some cheese taste (though not a lot) so this was a very tasty combination.

Let's be honest. They're BAD!! I wonder who could actually sit and eat a whole one of those BIG bags, really. Yeah, I'll eat a bunch at a time, and I won't want to share my small bag, but once a month would be pushin' it for me. I probably don't even have'em that much. More like "every so often," if I see'em at the store, I might get a jag for'em and snap one up. I love'em though. I'll take my chances !

Unlike the flea-tos, the mighty Pretzel comes in a low salt or no salt variety.

Pay no attention to the man behind the taste bud disorder, D. You must realize, some people simply have no taste. Either that, or their doctors forbid certain tasty delights, so they're desperate to crush out everyone else's enjoyment. If the world were to adopt this pathetic food philosophy, there would be no French cuisine. They can't help it.

If pretzels would come with a no cement dust or no gypsum drywall filler they might amount to something. I can buy a box of salt anywhere and that comes with more taste than a bag of salted, low salt or no salt pretzels.

As for the Cheetos! and bacon thing, it was bound to happen. Like PB and J, and chocolate and peanut butter, and chocolate chip cookies and milk, it just was too good not to try. And it worked. Like rhubarb and pie crust, way too simple and good.

Stay away from me and my bag o Cheetos! by the way. It may only be a bag a week, but its my bag, and its Tuesday. Get youself one.
