Given we use it for livestock, I'm guessing it's the same for human consumption.

We have our farm set to 150 ppm. The barns we have that well on go through about 8000 gallons a day and a 55 gallon barrel of 80% solution lasts us about a week or a little less.

Is this treatment approved for livestock and what is the reasoning for it?

Yup, it's approved. We talked to a few dairy operations who use it and they swear by it, healthier cows, better production ect.

We have only been using it for about 2 months so nothing long term. But this time of year is awful on hogs, warm days, cold nights. Every year this time of year is when we see respiratory issues. This year we have nothing. Not a caugh on the whole farm. We are noticing the hogs are growing about 5 days ahead of scedual too.

To date, every farm who uses it that we talk to swears by it. Two guys were on it, thought it was to expensive, so the quit. 6 months later they got more product because things started going down hill.

Absolutely one of the best things one can do for livestock. Added to water improves over all health and prevents and cures disease. Look in Ed McCAbes two books and others. Google H202 Therapy and H202 for farm animals!!!

The Hydrogen Peroxide solution sold in drug stores contains 3% H2O2. A high concentration of it would be as dangerous as rocket fuel.
