    Your total rep points X .005 for green, and X .0025 is deducted from the recipient for red.

    Okay lets try this another way. Lets say you have a really "weak" total like......oh, I don't know....43 million rep points. So if you wanted to actually rep someone with positive rep, you would be giving them 43,000,000 X .005(which is the same as one half of one percent)= 215,000 points.

    The Wendell usually likes to call them Bacon, and stuff.
