50:1 Stihl Ultra in a Lawnboy?

In my efforts to reduce gas cans in the outbuilding, and my growing love for Stihl Ultra HP at 50:1, would this oil in that ratio work in a 2000 lawnboy duraforce? I think I am addicted to the smell of the Ultra.

If this would work, I am down to 15 Gallon Gas containter, and 5 gallon cans of diesel, 2cycle and Kerosene. I have already pitched the 16:1 and 40:1. Just wondered if anyone had tried it, or any synthetic 50:1 in a lawnboy.

Go for it. We run it in our early 80's lawnboy no problem. One can of mix works for just about everything I own 2 stroke wise, besides the dirtbike.

I run (or will) Amsoil Saber Pro in my lawnboy (spent extra money to get a two stroke mower). You may have to rejet it for the mix ratio.

The old ones had fuel screws you could play with....on mine you have to get different jets.
Looking for John Deere 55V parts.

I think youd be fine. With the advances in modern oil technology, there is really no need to mix at 32:1 anymore and that Lawnboy isnt going to know what oil is in it.
We used to have a Toro Recycler that had a 2-stroke engine (that thing was a realy POS, Id never buy a Toro) and we used to run the same oil in that as we ran in our snowmobiles (Polaris Blue and Polaris Gold synthetic) and it ran just fine.

At work we run HP at 50 to 1 and use it in lawnboys. Ive never had a problem. Never blew one up. Only had to chip carbon buildup out of exhaust port every couple of years. Do it!
