    knocking back invasive bamboo zone8a

i have a high end client with Phyllostachys aurea Bamboo encroaching into her landscape from a neighbors property. The bamboo has overtaken many of the mature perennials and needs to be controlled.

Any suggestions on a proper method?

    thanks

Cut and spray with glyphosate like you're doing a cut stump treatment. A root barrier may help keep the bamboo from re-entering the property if that is feasible.
