Pennsylvnia Shows

Pennsylvania Shows as of now:

Tuscaraora Valley July 25, all manual events
Bedford Fair July 31 Open Modified
Loyalsock Valley August 1st All Manual
Clinton County Fair August 8th Open Hotsaw
Wayne County Fair August 8th, Women's 2.49-3.19, Stock 3.2-4.19 4.2-5, 5 & up. May allow mods in 5 & up.
Warren County Fair August 13 4.5 cube stock, open stock, open stock appearing, open hotsaw.
Harford Fair August 21 Open hotsaw, men's and women's saw provided stocksaw.

Rumors are no Brookville, no Connellsville.

Don't know about Forksville, Sheffield or Perry County. Rumor has it that there are some little shows that I don't get info on 'cause they don't want "pros."

Sorry, I did'nt notice your reply until today.

For Tuscaraora and Perry Co, PM me and I'll forward the entry or just more information.

Bedford Fair - http://www.bedford-fair.com/schedule.htm

Loyalsock - http://www.lvamassoc.org/show_info.html There are a few lumberjack show pictures on their page, scroll down past the tractors.

Wayne County - http://www.waynecountyfair.com/

Clinton County - http://www.clintoncountyfairpa.com/schedule.html

Warren Fair - http://www.warrencountyfair.net/ Just show up and race, pure stock in 4.5 cube and open, D handles ok. All mods but pipe in open stock appearing. This is a good show for first time racers.

Harford Fair -
http://www.harfordfair.com/harfordfair/site/default.asp

Also, Sheffield is Oct 9-11th. No more info yet.

If you want to watch a show, Cherry spings is a good one: http://www.woodsmenshow.com/

Lord Willing, I'll be competing in all but Cherry Springs and Wayne Co, It's hard to be two places at the same time!

I'm looking to start competing next season....I highly doubt there's any kind of schedule as of yet for '10, but I'll keep posted!

I don't know of anything this far west. (I'm just outside of Pittsburgh) There may be some small local shows that I don't know about though.

No, no links yet. When I get more info from the guys that set it up I'll post it tho. Also am waiting to hear about the dates this summer for the arborist games in Philly. I'm kinda new to that stuff so I have only heard some stories. Supposed to have a guy that sets that up get me info on that too when it gets set up.
