This is my first proper build, I've done a couple of drill through the muffler type muff mods and a fair bit of saw tuning and repair. Bought this 341 for £20, wouldn't run. Bad fuel line. Snipped the bad bit out and bodged it back together. It ran well then. Next, muff mod. I'll let the pics...

Hi all, Most of you guys do a gasket delete on the 044's. So what is a standard squish measurement before the delete .30-.35? Cheers,Chris.

A 288xp lite fell into my lap a few months ago. Had low compression so Im doing a cheap reconditioning.. new piston, ring, pin and bearing. I honed out the damage on the cylinder and did some modest work to the ports.. main bearings seem ok, so I'm not doing the complete teardown. I should add...
