A friend at work has an 064 with a fried piston and maybe cylinder. My question is: Can he put on an 066 piston and cylinder? Is there an 066 "big bore" kit from Baileys yet? Would there be a benefit? Thank You in advance. Mike.

I think it has been said, it can be done.......do a search for 064.
When I bought my 064 PC kit, it was cheaper than 066 kit.

There is a Big Bore kit available from Baileys. Item # BB 066. Its 56mm and priced at 109.95$

There is some minor fitting issues with putting a 66 cylinder on a 64. It is a fairly common swap.
I don't know about the big bore kit. There is some modifications that have to be done on the case of some 66's to give the piston clearance. I don't know how much tighter the 64 case is.
