Don't miss out guys!!

http://www.arboristsite.com/stickies/188322.htm

I started out with a solid and nearly complete saw. It was in excellent overall condition, but didn't appear to have been started or run in years. Although it's been questioned as to whether or not the 137cc topend was original, everything on the saw looked unmolested and original. All of the cylinder bolts were packed full of dirt, and there were zero marks on the cylinder base or crankcase where a gasket would have been removed. It had not been off in years, if ever. Take that for what it's worth. There's no way to prove it.

Here's what's been done to it.
  1. Complete disassembly, all the way down to the crankshaft.
  2. Every part cleaned and inspected.
  3. All new gaskets for reassembly.
  4. New crank seals.
  5. New output drive seal.
  6. New Caber piston rings.
  7. OEM Tillotson carb kit.
  8. Original 1/2" drive gear replaced with a custom adapter such that the saw now uses rim sprockets. You pick your choice of guage, ie 3/8, .404, or 1/2".
  9. New fuel line.
  10. New tank vent.
  11. New oil impulse line.
  12. New starter rope.
  13. Custom CNC handlebar bracket.
  14. Broken full wrap handle tig welded and rubber pieces replaced.
  15. Rusted out muffler completely restored to like new condition.
  16. 36" Duromatic bar.
  17. New 1/2", .404, and 3/8 chains included, along with rim sprockets to match. Also a .404 milling chain.

Here it is. The rakers need dropped on this new 1/2" chain.

The cutting looks very slow, but I guess that chain is the culprit!:msp_wink:

Who designed and cut the bracket? Do you have a pic of it?

Question and BUMP!
