Looking to upgrade my grinder this year. The Carlton is about 20% pricier, seems to be a tried and true design and looks* to have a lower center of gravity. Anyone have experience with both? I have a Carlton 4012 now so I’m sure either one will impress me. Thanks in advance for any help
