Clutch on a 371xp

Hey guys, just wandering if it matters which side the clutch is facing it seems like both sides are exactly the same. Also ,how tight do you guys tighten the clutch? Thanks Chub

I guess that as long as it threads your good!

Yes, it does thread both ways but I just put it back to its original position I am not sure if would be any benefit to fliping it for wear. Also when I put the clutch back on it seemed like I was fighting the pull cord instead of going against the piston stop. I would not think it should have to be to tight being reverse threads ,If someone knows please tell me thanks

I had a clutch fly off while running it without the cover, took me an hour to find it and ruined the bearing. Now i tighten them before cranking.
