completely confused about jig

I recently got an oregon jig duramax p/n 23736a and am confused on how to set it up.I'm sharpening a 33rm stihl chain and the directions between the two companies seem to vary,angles etc. can anyone help because I don't want another blue chain coming back from the shop.any info greatly appreciated

from my understanding 30 deg is the miter setting 10 deg is the tilt is that set high on outside of cutter or the other way around and there is raker height which is .025 and make sure file is above tooth 20% am I thinking correctly
