First Time Wearing Pants

I looked at those yesterday. $18 shipping for a $40 pair of pants.

The guys in Laytonville can ship them for $9.00!

On the pair that I have (Jonsered) the pads wrap approximately 2/3 around the leg, all the way up, so the coverage is better than most 'apron' chaps, but not as complete as 'full wrap' chaps at the lower calf/ankle area. On my pants, the pads are also sewn in place, so they can't shift or move. I don't know if that is possible at all with the insert style pants, or if one style is bulkier than the other. Always best to see these things in person.

I will take a look at J-Red pants. Tricky part is there in no J-Red dealer in my neck of the woods.
