Ditch that catalytic muffler and put one of those dual ports on then richen the high speed on the carb slightly.

I had to port match my mufflers too, the muffler inlets were 1/8 of an inch smaller than the exhaust port. I ground a big hole in the cat in the muffler and pulled the steel wool out of it instead of buying a muffler, its not hard to do.

It's Chinese (though it does sound more Japanese). For all we know, it means "stupid American, you buy our ****** product".
