Heat exchanger install location ??

OWF install...

Does anybody have an opinion on where to tap into my boiler for my water to water heat exchanger hookup?

I've attached a pic of my setup. I don't know if it's best to tap off the supply and return manifolds or from the boiler drain and over pressure relief ports?
Also is a Taco 007 sufficient for the boile circulation loop?
I'm using a larger pump for the OWF loop.

that Taco 007 is too small for your house.
I'd get a 009 for the house (looks like you have 6 zones!)
then use the 007 to circ your boiler to the HX

I think I would take apart

The union on the return side of the boiler put in a couple of street 90s and put it before the boiler.
I would replace that leaky air vent too.
