help with chain saw

I need to know how to adjust a chain saw poulan 40 cc i have ordered the tool but useing needle nose for now, it ran fine now it wont run. should i still adjust the screws both of them all the way in then 1 and 1/4 out or just do the l first then the h?

First off you should post this in the chainsaw section. Second I think you need to be more specific about your problem,like saw was runnig good today then quit. And C what makes you think the mixture screws need to be messed with.
