It's a cheap saw, 38cc. I don't think it even has antivibe.

thanks for the quick reply... i put an ad in cl for a sxl, or xl12,,, and got this reply,,,, i figured it was junk...

SXLA has no antivibe. But - it's built like a Cheiftan tank, has more torque than a bulldozer and will cut wood forever. Or until you get whitefinger

Mine finally died after a bolt securing the main bearing to the inside of the crankcase wheedled its way out and got chewed up in the cylinder. Worth checking, i think. Has this happened often before with other SXLs?
