How to get contracted to help out in Hurricane Ike disaster in South TX?

Any have any suggestions on how to get contracted to help out/work in the Hurricane Ike disaster in South Texas( Houston, Beaumont,sugar land, ect.) like removing fallen tree/branches and such? I know some tree companies here in Dallas have headed that way to help out and would like to join the bandwagon too. I assume it must be good money to be paid out but I don't know who to talk to. Any suggestions? Thanks for any input.
