dID NOT FEEL LIKE DOING TOO MUCH TODAY TOOK THE DOG OUT FOR A WALK AND TOOK THE MUFFLER OFF MY 1979 HUSKY 44 TOOK THE SCREEN OFF AND LEFT THE PLATE with all the holes in it(the two halfs did not seem to fit right with out it)and drilled one 11/32 hole in the top front and adjusted carb.Does that sound about right or do I need another hole? Just taking it easy on A SATURDAY :givebeer: .

Yup. I did mine differently, but it made it cut a good 15% faster....

Nice old saw, we seldom use it though. As I have 5 woods ported 10-11 pound saws and a muffler ported 5100S Dolmar
