HI, ive found "most" of a good Husqvarna 3120K thats in good condition. has anyone ever changed a stone cutting K over to a wood cutting XP? i know alot of the components would have to be changed out. and i would have to add an oiler and a few other stuff. I was just wondering if anyones already done it and if you could give me a heads up on what i need to look for.
Thanks Lynn

some older stihl could swap a side cover with a factory oil tank,to make a chain saw,not shure husky ever had one unless you wanted to mill with a drip tank i think you would have to have xp case's for the oiler

Note this was the older Partner saws, the later ones and probably any Husky ones don't seem to have the oil tank, at least not the filler hole anyway.
