I have measured the bore of my mystery 1122, 52 MM.
That would make it a 064, from what I have found. The cool part is that it seems to have the same bore as a 046 (I had one handy to check) but a longer stroke. My way of thinkin' is that would give it lots more grunt than the smaller saw.

Lots of cleaning to do yet, I did find what killed it. The kill switch wire shorted out. The oil pump drive gear is also defective (melted??). Clutch looks good tho, but packed with dirt. What was left of the drive sprocket is....

I wonder if the operator was a "throttle blipper??"

How many times do you have to operate the throttle to wear a "thin spot" in the shaft??? :monkey:
