Leafs are turning yellow on weeping cherry

The tree is 3.5 years old and is always so pretty. It bloomed this year, now the leafs are curling and turning yellow and have black spots on them. I know the JB are getting it too. But what do I do to help this tree?

If your summer is anything like ours, the trees probably just need water. I have a weeping cherry about the same age as yours and we've had to water it about 6 or 7 times this summer. About 10 gallons each time, but not all at once, make sure it soaks into the ground and doesn't just run off the surface.
