Two related questions: An arborist told me that Texas A&M (Dr. Appel?) now says injecting propiconazole to prevent oak wilt can be done only twice, a couple of years apart, in a tree's lifetime. I can't confirm that online. Any opinions, facts?
2) I wonder if Mauget's Tebuject (tebuconazole) has a similarly toxic effect on Central Texas live oaks and red oaks? Compared to Alamo, Tebuject has a much smaller amount of fungicide so maybe it can be administered more years than propiconazole? (I know, tebuconazole isn't officially approved for oak wilt but I've been using it successfully in the middle of an oak wilt zone for 10 years.)
