MS880 vs my big fat ash

This was fun. Got to play with my new-to-me Tree Monkey'd 880. HOLY mother of four letter words!! The 661 didn't do too bad in this stuff, but the 880 just laughed. I think she'll do just fine taking apart the rest of the 4' diameter walnut over at my sisters.

Log was about 4' long, 27" diameter. I made three 2-1/4" live edge slabs and then 8 4x4s from the center cuts, which got the bandsaw treatment again.

Sorry no video. It all happened so fast, it would have been pretty short anyways.

...I'm not sure which I'm drooling over more the fact you have the ported 880 or the opportunity to mill such awesome lumber! Nothing that fancy out in these parts for timber...
