Well, I pulled the trigger on a new MS361. It was an eBay purchase but was a heck of a deal.

$595 with 18" bar and chain, tool kit, and Stihl case.
$45 shipping

-$119 cash back from Microsoft/Live.com deal
-$59.50 10% rebate from PayPal
-$29.03 for using a 5% cashback credit card

Total $432.47 shipped to my doorstep. I think this is pretty good.
