NH pulp cutters back in business

Not sure if this is the correct forum....but it looks like NH and other New England pulp cutters should be back in the woods soon (the paper industry is drying up here).

They are converting one of the big paper mills to a bio-mass electric generator that will consume 700,000 tons of chips per year.

My understanding is we'll be seeing alot more of the old Bio facilities firing back up. The temp. drop in oil prices are expected to be just that, temp.

The problem is, we have a long way to go as far are retooling of those facilities. Also getting the Fed's to pass legislation allowing tech currently being used in Europe (alot of it originally developed here in the States), to be allowed in the US.

However, remember there are always two sides to every story. For our industry, it's a good thing. On the other hand, take a look at the electric rates in Europe. Remember that our President elect has already stated it will be necessary to double what we are currently paying...

I'm remaining cautiously optimistic, and hopefully opportunistic :)
