oiler problems

I finally got my 3120 back together and she runs great, mostly thanks to researching this site. I bought it cheap since it needed minor work, but was told the oiler had some new parts already and worked fine. Well, it doesn't seen to work at all. Took the bar and chain off and ran it, and it doesn't even push any oil out at all. I checked the oil pick up tube and screen, and they seem fine. When the previous owner worked on the oiler, did he forget some parts? There were also a lot of small brass shavings in there when I took it apart. The pictures show the order in which all the parts came out. The other picture was supposed to show the brass flecks, but I don't know if it does too well. Any help with what parts are supposed to be there would be appreciated. Thanks!
