It's in the 40s here now, going into low 30s tonight. The OWB got a few more logs tonight and I could hear the water boiling inside (It only boils near firebox wall, Aquastat reading 180). All those who haven't turned their heat on yet this year will tonight.
My Dad has a 18-20" diameter Hickory about 80 Ft high. It's been dead for 2 years and it will be in my wood pile by Sunday afternoon. Only a mile away--great score. Have a nice weekend folks and if you're not done with your wood better hustle up, October is nearly over!
