Cheerio. What is this and how important is it to check for leaks? I would think after compression testing,this would be the next thing.On rebuilds,do you test bearings by plastigage?I like the mechanics that try to talk m out of a rebuild.It's always about the $$ and not the knowledge learned.I plan to get a junk powerhead and get down to the split case to see how the heart of the saw works.I haven't seen the effects of straight gas yet.The boneyard I go to is filled with saws that seized this way.Any practical guides out there for rebuilds? European saws rock........Thanks.
