Removing husky handle springs.

I'm putting a new handle on my 346xp. The replacement handle didn't come with sprinngs. I have the handle off the 346 and I need to swap the springs. How do I remove the springs from the handle. I'm afraid I'm going to break it. Any tips are welcome.

if they are the same set up as a 288 coil AV then they undo with and allen key. goes inside it i think 3mm, but not sure.
