Seems like a good deal on the bar and chain but will it fit?

Hi;

I have a Jonsered 2165 with a 16" bar, its TOO SHORT so I'm looking around for a 20" bar and chain. I found this on Ebay and asked the seller if it would fit my saw. He is non-committal but I need to know for sure before I buy...anyone know for sure one way or the other...(I know asking an hour and 1/2 before kick-during the pre-game show off isn't good timing but I need to know...thanks

What pitch bar and chain do you have now?

looks like it will if you have a 3/8 chain/sprocket on your saw now

Just an idea

If you go to Chain Saw Collectors Corner you should be able to find the bar mount for the Husky saws listed and for the 2165 to see if it will match.

Kenora, i think it should fit fine.

I use the same bars (16" Oregon) on my j-red 2165's, husky 61's, and 372xp's. The "Husky 61" is listed in his auction, so i'd think you should be fine.
