Hi, I've been looking everywhere, maybe my Google skills are subpar, maybe wrong keywords used, either way I didn't find a definite information.
I want to know if it's worth a hassle to muffler mod and/ or timing advance the 241C-M
I'm not looking for information like "I did it, it helped a lot", I'm looking for numbers like "20% quicker cut" or smth. Also, I understand that this results in a bit worse economy, anyone measured by how much?
Just to be clear, there is no baffle nor spark screen, it's an EU version, don't know how it is in other parts of the world.
Btw. Im running it with an 18" bar .325 chain, tried the factory 16" 3/8 picco and it just felt wrong, much better now and the camera doesn't lie- much quicker in the cut also (on thicker wood, say 12"+)
