Sugi Hara.

Hey guys,

Got a "package deal" a while back with a 36" Sugi Hara bar.

Sprocket nose is blown out. Bar is large mount Stihl with no noticable wear and is straight.

Looking for sprocket and bearing or whole nose. Have searched internet for Sugi Hara dealers, No Luck.

Numbers on sprocket nose "J1-3S / 404P .063" on one side and "88 03" on other side.

Can anybody point me in right direction?

Larry, what you have there is an old style Sugi Hara bar, I think. The best place to go for a tip for those is http://www.madsens1.com. If they don't have anymore of those then they'll probably send you to Action Power, which is a small saw shop in Olympia, Wa. that used to be a Sugi dealer.
